International Trade Manager

Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the overseas channel construction or end customer development of the company's lead battery, related lithium battery and other products. 

2. Conduct market research for the market you are responsible for, analyze the country profile, industry profile, customer situation, etc., and form market reports regularly. 

3. Customers follow up the whole process from early negotiation to receiving orders, issuing orders, production process follow-up, transportation, customs clearance, collection, after-sales complaint handling and so on. 

4. Submit all kinds of sales statistics and reporting documents according to the requirements of the company. 

5. Complete other tasks assigned by the company.



Job Requirements

1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 3 years overseas sales experience, working experience in new energy company is preferred. 

2. Good communication and public relations skills, able to work under pressure. 

3. Love sales work, positive and optimistic personality, good at thinking, strong execution, strong desire for success. 

4. Fluent in English, able to listen, speak, read and write, overseas study and working background is preferred.




Channel Sale Representative
Number of people : 2 Work Place : India-Noida
Job Responsibilities

1.Responsible for Channel sales on battery and energy storage and achieves individual sales task for year. 

2. Develops opportunities to increase battery and energy storage sales by identifying, researching and contacting prospective customers. Develops and executes account plans for top prospects and conducts agreed upon face to face sales calls.

3.Builds positive customer relationships that enable identification of a customers needs, business model and buying process.

4.Uses understanding of customer needs and priorities to identify and offer Tianneng solutions.

5.Gains agreement on the differential advantage of Tianneng solutions by helping the customer understand and evaluate existing data and information and the value proposition.

6.Conducts negotiations according to company guidelines, including payment terms. Assists with collection of accounts receivables when needed.

7.Drives sales, achieving sales targets and ensuring customer satisfaction. Maintains and strengthens customer relationships to generate future sales and repeat business. Responds to customer concerns in a timely fashion.

8.Consistently uses the Tianneng Sales Process as well as Tianneng tools, processes, and initiatives that support sales, customer satisfaction, and customer value, e.g. Customer Relationship Management and special projects.

9.Reports activity via the Customer Relationship Management tool per management direction. Produces sales forecasts as directed.



Job Requirements

1.More than 3 years of channel sale or marketing experiences in battery (lead-acid/lithium-ion or automobile battery etc.) / energy storage industry, which is necessary. 

To have good channel customer relationship and plenty of customer resource is preferred. 

2.Bachelor degree or above on sale, marketing or engineer on battery/energy storage, or other relevant majors. 

3.Have individual success sale experience on battery/energy storage field of the country. 

4.Familiar with international trade, operating practices, foreign trade workflow. 

5.Ability to penetrate customers and meet with key stakeholders within customers. 

6.Highly developed selling, customer relations and negotiation skills. 

7.Good communication and anti-pressure ability. 

8.Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills in English.


Country Sale Representative
Number of people : 3 Work Place : Indonesia-Jakarta
Job Responsibilities

1.Responsible for product sales on battery and energy storage in the country and achieves individual sales task for year. 

2.Responsible for the market research of battery and energy storage for the nation, collect and analyze the information of sale opportunity, thus develop new potential customers to make deals.

3.Develop and implement effective sales strategies, establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in customer accounts.

4.On behalf of the company, negotiate business with clients to reach formal agreement and enter into contracts.

5.Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with customer needs; Assess customer credit rate and distribution abilities, etc. Following the tracks of customer’s payment; Avoid Past Due escalation.

6.Responsible for dealing with any customer complaint issue related to company products to improve customer satisfaction.

7.Responsible for developing customer expansion and maintaining long-term good relationships.

Technical Engineer(Battery)
Number of people : 1 Work Place : India-Noida
Job Responsibilities

1.Involve with customer technical team from Manufacturing, Engineering Department, and any other stakeholders to know the customer technical requirements on batteries.

2.Preparing relevant technical records, data, and documents for batteries, conducting training sessions for demonstrating new products and services, and supporting the sales team in organizing the technical presentation and training of batteries.

3.Evaluating the customer s requirement regarding products and administering the technical, technological, and functional aspects of proposals accordingly as instructed

4.Troubleshooting products on customers request, resolving other engineering issues regarding our batteries problem.

5.Support on preparation of technical and contract documentation for any issues related to our batteries.



Job Requirements

1.More than 5 years of technical experiences in Mobility Battery (lead-acid/lithium-ion or automobile battery etc.) / energy storage industry, which is necessary. 

2.Have good analytical and troubleshooting, product know-how, design related skills. 

3. Strong customer centric approach ready to travel anytime. 

4.Good communication and anti-pressure ability. 

5.Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills in English.
